Workshops about our physicality in acting and life
Body Journey is not just a series of workshops—it’s a way to reconnect with yourself through movement.
Imagine a space where your body’s natural impulses become your guide, where every gesture reveals something new about who you are and how you express yourself. This series—Self in a Body, Body in Space, and Body in Action—invite you to step beyond overthinking and into the pleasure of moving freely, creatively, and authentically.
Each workshop opens a different door: whether you're exploring your body's inner connections, playing with the dynamics of Space, or discovering the rhythm of your movement with others. Grounded in LBMS (Laban-Bartenieff Movement System) techniques, the workshops help you shed self-criticism, release control, and find joy in the act of moving—on stage, in life, and in every moment in between.
These experiences are for anyone who feels stuck, disconnected, or simply curious about what their body has to say. Let your body lead, and discover its expressive power in a way that feels organic, joyful, and uniquely yours.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to express themselves through body and acting practices. That’s why we offer a "Pay What You Can" option in our pricing plan. No need to justify your choice—you decide what works best for you, no questions asked.

Movement Educator | Embodied Acting Practitioner |
Founder and Creative Inspirer of "My Little Drama" Creative Lab
Since founding "My Little Drama" in 2017, I've been on a journey to inspire creative expression through the integration of a psycho-physical (body-mind) approach, physical movement, and acting practices not only for stage performances but, also what I find much more interesting, color our daily routines.
Currently studying the Laban-Bartenieff Movement System to become a Certified Movement Analyst (in December 2024), I combine both somatic awareness and dynamic movement, encouraging participants to connect with their bodies and explore how that inspires them in practicing acting exercises. My workshops offer a space where acting and bodywork meet, helping participants access the full range of their creative potential.
